Genel Nitelikler
- Graduate in Computer/Electronic/Industrial/Mathematics Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years experience as System
Administrator in a large-scale/distributed server environment. - Good understanding on Windows Server family, HP-UX and SAN/NAS platforms. Linux is a plus.
- Ability to write scripts to make automated administrative tasks. Experience on Microsoft System Center family is a plus.
- Solid understanding on Active Directory domain management and Group policy design Solid understanding on disaster recovery & high
availability systems. - Ability to work as a team member.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving and result oriented mind and self-direction.
- Must have stress tolerant personality.
- Having ITIL/COBIT or relevant operating framework disciplineand audit/compliance experience
- Certificated as MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/HPCSA
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Adaptive to changing circumstances and demands, whilst maintaining standards.
- For male candidates, completion of military service is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language

- Successful implementation of infrastructure solutions delivered to meet business requirements, on time, quality and in line with
global technology standards. - Planning/installation/configuration, administration and monitoring of all server and storage farms
- Managing HP/Dell/NetApp brand Server/Storage hardware infrastructure
- Managing Active Directory environment and deploying GPO
- Supporting Exchange messaging service, delivered by Global Exchange team
- Conducting Server backup/restore, image operations
- Leading and improving the disaster recovery system
- Actively supporting and consulting IT projects through direct participation in the projects
- Coordinate HP managed services activities
- Patch testing and distributing
- Capacity Management for both PI & HP managed compute scope
- File servers (NAS) & quota management
- Investigate the root cause and solve system and performance problems
- Managing vendors/partners/OLA/SLA
- Executing agreement renewal and purchasing activities
- Developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and related documentation
- Handling ITOM related roles such as change/incident/release management activities
- Providing 3rd level support. Escalating to regional/sector/global PI teams if needed.
