Exchange 2013 Yönetici Paneli Giriş Sorunu

Arkadaşlar Merhaba,

Windows 2012 server r2 üzerine exchange 2013 kurdum. Kurulum aşamasında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Ortamda yine ayrı olarak server 2012 r2 dc var. Exchange 2013 kurulumdan sonra yönetim paneline girmek istediğimde aşağıdaki sorunu alıyorum.

yazdıktan sonra administrator kullanıcı adı ve şifresi girme ekranı geliyor. İlgili bilgileri doğru girdikten sonra login dediğimde,

bir süre bekliyor ve aşağıdaki hatayı döndürüyor.

Bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirim acaba?

ipv6 dan olabileceğini düşünere exchange kurulu sunucuda ipv6 yı kapattım. Yine sorun devam ediyor.

IIS'i yeniden başlattım. Yetmedi sunucuyu da yeniden başlattım ama sorunu çözmedi.

Cmd panelini administrator olarak açıp,

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet _regiis.exe -i

komutunu çalıştırın. IIS servisini yeniden başlatın. Sorun çözülmezse bu sefer MSExchangeECPAppPool .NET Framework versiyonunu değiştirin. v2.0 veya v4.0 şeklinde. Bu işlemi yaptıktan sonra IIS'i yeniden başlatın.

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet _regiis.exe -i komutunu çalıştırdıktan sonra LOGON EKRANI gelmemeye başladı. Aşağıdaki ekranda takılıp kalıyor.

Bazı exchange servisleri stop olmuş onları start ettim. Şu an logon ekranı geliyor ama orda takılıp kalıyor yine.
